What we offer
Our Services (New Mexico Consulting Only)
ARC NM Consulting provides consulting, project management, materials administration, funds administration (paymaster), and owner-representation services in New Mexico. We do not perform construction.
All construction and installation is performed by properly licensed New Mexico contractors.
We provide inspection, documentation, scope development, contractor coordination, and project oversight for roofing projects. Installation is performed by licensed New Mexico contractors.
We inspect and document project conditions, develop scopes of work, and help ensure all parties are working from clear, accurate requirements.
We help owners select and coordinate properly licensed contractors and manage scheduling, sequencing, and communication.
We act as the owner’s representative to help ensure work is being performed properly, in compliance, and according to the agreed scope.
We manage the restoration process on behalf of the owner, including documentation, planning, contractor coordination, materials administration, and quality oversight. All physical work is performed by licensed contractors.
We assist with:
- Material specification
- Quantity verification
- Sourcing and procurement coordination
- Delivery coordination
This helps ensure the correct materials and quantities are used. Installation is performed by licensed contractors.
When requested, we act as a funds administrator (paymaster) to:
- Administer owner funds
- Pay suppliers and contractors per authorization
- Coordinate progress payments
- Improve transparency and reduce lien risk
We act only as an administrator on behalf of the owner. The licensed contractor remains responsible for all construction, installation, and workmanship.
